Who processes your data?

The company Search Ready, s.r.o., located at Žerotínova 1133/32, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic, ID: 06979840 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”), processes the personal data of the contact persons of its customers in the role of Data Controller under the conditions outlined below.

What personal data do we process as Data Controller?

In the course of our activities, we process personal data of our customers and their contact persons:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Job position or role
• Registered address, mailing address, identification number, VAT number
• These personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and delivering services.
• The personal data is processed electronically in the Company's CRM system during the duration of the contractual relationship and for an additional 3 years after its termination for the purpose of potential renewal of cooperation. After that, these personal data are erased.
• Some personal data may continue to be processed to fulfill legal obligations, such as contact person data provided on tax invoices or contract documents. In such cases, these personal data are also processed in the form of physical documents, which are adequately secured and processed for the duration required by the relevant legal regulations.

Who has access to your data?

Your personal data is safe with us. We have implemented personal data management systems that prevent unauthorized access or manipulation of personal data. All computer systems and storage are properly secured, and the individuals who have access to personal data are trained and contractually obligated to protect it.

If we entrust your personal data to our business partners, such as accounting service providers or through storage in cloud environments, we carefully select these partners to ensure they can provide the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized or accidental access, or any other misuse. We have data protection agreements with such partners in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in which they commit to protecting your personal data, are bound by confidentiality, and may not use the provided data for any purposes other than those for which we granted them access.

Do we need your consent for the processing of personal data, and how and when can you withdraw it?‍

If we need to process your personal data beyond the scope of legitimate interest or legal obligation, we are required to obtain your voluntarily given consent for such processing. You can withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data at any time, free of charge, by sending an email to info@searchready.cz.

However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on a legal basis other than consent (i.e., especially if processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or other reasons specified in applicable legal regulations).

What rights do you have in relation to the protection of personal data?‍

In relation to your personal data, you have the following rights, among others:

• The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time;
• The right to correct or complete personal data;
• The right to request restriction of processing;
• The right to object to or complain about processing in certain cases;
• The right to request the transfer of data;
• The right to access personal data;
• The right to be informed about a personal data breach in certain cases;
• The right to erasure of personal data (the right to be "forgotten") in certain cases;
• And other rights specified in the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
